1. How is TestCircle different from tutoring or classroom training?
TestCircle is a prioneer in bringing Mathematics testing materials in an interactive audio-video program. Unlike other online programs, we provide one-on-one tutoring experiences with our whiteboard and video training. Students view and learn at their own rate - accessing the program as often as necessary. Preparing for the SAT Mathematics test has never been so easy and convenient. 2. Do you provide help with verbal and analytical writing sections of SAT?
We are aware that most students find the Math Section of the SAT test the most difficult to master. We have developed this Math learning program to focus on getting higher SAT Mathematics scores. We are currently working to develop a traiing program to assist in the other SAT Sections.

5. What are the minimum system requirements? What special software is required to see the SAT Math videos?
We have used the latest developments in the computing world to help you get the easiest and best experience in learning SAT Math. You are not required to install any new hardware or software to run the video course. In order to access all features of our video course, you should only have (1) a high-speed Internet connection (2) sound device like a speaker or headphone and (3) Internet Explorer and Flash Player. If you are able to see You Tube videos then you should not have any difficulty accessing and enjoying our special SAT Math Prep Course. Please note that one can download the latest versions of the required software from the link provided at the bottom of Home page. The site is best-viewed using Internet explorer.
6. I am unable to play the video. What do I do?
Among several browsers, Internet Explorer is the most secure and versatile browsing tool. We recommend that you open our website using Internet Explorer (version 5 or later). You can download the latest version from our link on the homepage. You may also require the versatile Flash Player software; once again we have a link to that effect. Click on the “Sample” button in the top menu bar. Then click on one of the sample buttons (e.g., “percent”). The video will start playing. Make sure you have the audio device connected and switched on to experience the joys of video learning program. If for some reason, you are unable to play the video, please call us, and our technical expert will help you resolve the problem.
7. I use a different browser (e.g., Mozilla firefox, Netscape navigator). Why do I need to use the Internet explorer?
While our website works with most of the browsers, certain special features may not function well with Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape Navigator etc. Our team of experts have made the website using the latest configuration and recommendation in the industry. Therefore, the website works best with Internet Explorer, which is most used and accepted browser. We are constantly working towards making our website compatible with other browsers.
8. Why do I require Flash Player?
Watching Videos on the Internet requires a software/tool to run it on your computer. The Flash Player is the most popular and secure program used to run the videos. Users also get the best experience when using the Flash Player. In fact, all major video playing and video sharing websites prefer to use Flash technology. The SAT Math Lessons, and the Example and Exercise Problems are displayed in online easy-to-view Flash videos. One can download the latest version of Flash Player for free from the link provided on the website homepage.
9. The screen size of my computer is small. How can I increase the visible area on my screen to see the videos? How can I reduce the video screen size?
Our videos are designed to the size of a "standard" monitor in mind. A user with a laptop or standard computer should experience no problems with viewing the videos. However, you can do the following to increase the visible area in your browser.
(a) Switch of toolbars from your browser.
Turn off the toolbar (e.g., Google or Yahoo or Both) from your browser. This method will increase the visible area of your window screen. You can switch off tool bars by right clicking on the toolbar, and then checking off displayed toolbars.
(b) One can scroll the video up or down as required. Please note that when you close the video screen, you may be required to scroll through the website pages anyway to read all its contents.
10. The audio is not very clear. How can I improve the audio quality?
We have tested all videos before uploading them to our website. Every Video has a audio with it. However, if you are facing a problem in hearing the audio/ sound, then you need to check your (1) volume controller of your audio device, (2) connection between computer and audio device. Please re-check your speaker / headphone connection. Make sure they have power inputs in them. Adjust the volume, if necessary, using your speaker button. You may also increase the volume using the audio button in the video player screen window. If you are unable to solve the problem, you can call us and we will help you to fix the problem.
11. I think that there is a mistake in a particular problem or its solution. What can I do?
If you think that an answer or solution is incorrect, please inform us via email.
12. Can I download videos? Can I print questions and answers from the website?
No. Please do NOT try to download videos as it may be violation of the copyright acts. All contents of the website including course materials, PDF documents, Video solutions and course design are copyrighted. It will be illegal and unethical to copy, print, or attempt to do so from TestCircle.com website.
13. Can I share my account information (e.g., user id and password) with others?
No, this would be a violation of our Terms and Agreements. We reserve the right to block access to our site and your account if we find evidence of account sharing. Any portions of training not utilized will be immediately forfeited at that time. We have worked to keep the pricing of our product affordable and flexible. Please encourage others to sign up for this exciting and information SAT Mathematics training, but respect the work and efforts of those who have developed and designed this course.
14. Can I cancel my subscription or ask for a partial refund?
Prospective subscribers are given ample time to view the sample videos and take the diagnostic tests to determine if TestCircle is the right SAT Mathematics training is the best fit for each student. We have also offered 6 different levels of time-training to maximize your investment in our training course. Therefore, once you have subscribed to a TestCircle course, we are not able to offer a refund.
